I have had nothing but heart wrenching experiences with Ford/Lincoln since day one. I purchased two 2011 Lincoln’s MKX’s From “Findlay Lincoln in Henderson NV”. I had an engine knock since day one.

For 5 nerve wracking months.
We moved from Las Vegas to Rochester NY therefore I decided to take the Lincoln with the engine knock to Henderson Ford in Webster NY. I told the service writer my problem with this car. He said I had to make an appointment for next week and Ford did not offer loaners cars. Ford does not have a loaner car program. I said I paid $60 Thousand dollars each for two Lincoln’s and you can not set me up with a loaner for service. He said no sir we use Enterprise Rent a car, I played Elvis and left the building.

I walked into the Service Department with a chip on my shoulder and kind of an attitude. I was greeted by Ed Smith behind the service desk. I told Ed my story with this vehicle and my life with Ford Motor Company.
Ed looked at me and said. Mr. Frasca we will try to make your life easy here and take a look at your car with a smile on his face. I will call you and let you know if we find anything wrong.
I said Ed, I will be requiring a loaner vehicle, Ed said no problem and set me up with a 2010 Lincoln as a loaner. Washed and full of gas. I was impressed to say the least.
Ed did call and said they verified there was a problem with the engine and his Manager was making calls Las Vegas and Ford to see what solutions were available to me.
Long story short, Cortese Lincoln Service Team was able to get Ford to Replace the Motor in this car.
I have been fighting Findlay Lincoln and Ford Motor Company for 5 months. We even went to Arbitration and lost because we had a BBB Arbitrator “Ira David” that was in a coma.
Cortese Lincoln solved all my problems in less than a week.
